Michael Erz is Managing Director at rpc - The Retail Performance Company. He is responsible for the strategic development of the consulting business worldwide, the international go-to-market and the expansion of the automotive segment and new focus industries.After holding positions at Siemens Advanta, BMW of North America and Accenture, Mr. Erz has more than 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and in exposed management positions. He was already part of the Management Board of rpc as Partner and Global Head of Consulting from 2014 to 2021.His focus is on the development of innovative, AI-supported consulting solutions with a strong customer orientation. He is thus driving forward rpc's strategy and positioning as a future-oriented partner for sustainable transformation in the B2B and B2C environment.
