Erik Bellendir is partner and founding member of rpc. He heads up our global retail performance coaching division and is responsible for rpc’s offices in Great Britain, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. He draws on his experience as a specialist for global sales performance programmes, as well as his tenures in retail and the ad industry.
Jasmine Perera is Head of Sales and Operations for rpc UK. As a Learning and Development specialist, Jasmine takes a proactive approach to partnering with business to develop their people and customers with authentic engagement. This is led by her passion for personal growth in herself and others as a qualified and accredited Professional Coach and NLP Practitioner.
With over 20 years experience in sales and partnerships, Vanessa is responsible for rpc UK's business development and marketing. Working collaboratively with global senior clients across a wide range of industries including luxury fashion, travel and automotive, Vanessa has held various sales and business development roles at national newspapers, luxury global travel publications, content marketing agencies and independent publishing houses.
Joanne is the Project Coordinator for rpc UK. Working as Project Management Office (PMO) for UK projects as well as back office management, she supports both the UK office and its employees. During Joanne’s time at rpc she has worked on client e-Commerce system training rollouts, content management platforms and internal rpc value add projects. Joanne is Prince2 Foundation Project Management qualified and most recently completed rpc’s first international Coaching and Consulting Certification programme.
Lorenzo has worked with Rolls Royce Motor Cars for many years in a variety of roles. With international experience in Strategic & Digital Marketing in USA and Italy, Lorenzo joined the rpc UK Team in 2016 and his current position is as the rpc UK Team Leader for the global Client Contact Team. His responsibilities include the development and management of a team of Client Specialists, planning and activation of global marketing & communication campaigns, the implementation of advanced data analytics and CRM reporting tools.
