The above-named data including the IP address are stored for the duration of the communication process in order to enable you to use our website. Furthermore, the IP address is stored for a short time period for IT security purposes and especially for the purpose of protecting our IT systems against misuse and for defending against attacks.The data that is collected is analyzed using Google Analytics for statistical purposes and in order to improve our website (see 4.).We reserve the right to analyze the data in anonymized form for statistical purposes and in order to improve our website.


3. Cookies

If you wish to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we ask that you give your consent for us to send you our e-mail newsletter and to collect and save the e-mail address you provide when registering and to use this data as necessary for processing your subscription, delivering the e-mail newsletter and terminating your subscription.If you no longer wish to receive our e-mail newsletter, you may unsubscribe without stating a reason at any time with future effect. 6. Online Applications


6.1 Our online application portal allows you to send us your application and personal information via an online form.

Please note: Required fields: The fields marked with an asterisk for your first name, last name and e-mail address must be completed in order for us to process your application, to give you electronic confirmation that your application has been received, and to communicate with you. You can only submit your application after these fields have been completed.

Optional fields: The information in the other fields, such as your preferred form of address (Mr./Mrs./Ms.), the position you wish to apply for, and your telephone number, may be provided voluntarily. These fields allow you to share information and documents that are important and helpful with regards to your application. We will use your data to process your application and communicate with you.


6.2 You may submit your application per e-mail instead. If you decide to communicate with us per e-mail, please note that: Your message and attachments may be viewed or modified by unauthorized third parties during transmission if it is not encrypted. We recommend that you use an e-mail address that only you have access to when communicating with us.


6.3 The data you share with us on your application is saved, processed and used for the application process, i.e. for purposes that relate to determining your interest in a current or future position at our company, for processing your application, and for making a decision regarding your application.


6.4 Persons in the HR department within our company and persons who are responsible for making decisions in the respective departments (e.g. supervisor) will have access to your data. We cannot guarantee that the persons responsible for maintaining and managing our IT-supported applicant database will not have to access your data for maintenance and database management purposes. We reserve the right to contract external service providers to render IT services for commissioned data processing. In this case, said IT service providers are obligated to maintain and uphold the confidentiality and integrity of your data and to ensure the privacy and security of your data including implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures.


6.5 Our decision to invite you to an interview and to hire you is made by our staff members. The decision is not automated.


6.6 We reserve the right to anonymize applicant data so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual and to use this anonymized data for internal statistical purposes. We will not analyze your data in any other way without your consent.


6.7 We ask you to inform us if you wish to have your data changed, supplemented or deleted/blocked.


6.8 Storage and Deletion of Your Data: If you are hired at the end of the application process, your data will be placed in the Personnel Folder. If you are not hired at the end of the application process, we will proceed as follows, provided you have not consented to have your data stored on our applicant database and provided that we are not entitled or obligated to keep your data on record: We will block your data and save it as blocked data for a period of two months beginning from the day on which the decision is made not to hire you. We will only access this data during this period in order to explain our decision upon request if necessary.We will then delete your data after this period has expired.


6.9 We would like to inform you that you may also apply per mail. You are not required to use our website.


7. Correspondenceby E-mail

We provide you the option of sending us e-mails and corresponding with us per e-mail. When you send us an e-mail, we will save the information you provide and your e-mail address if your data is needed in order to process your inquiry. Your e-mail/message may be viewed or modified by unauthorized third parties during transmission if it is not encrypted.
