We are very happy to know that several of our open positions are of interest to you, especially because that's the same way we see our own integrated approach: ideally, we want to have employees who would like to become active in more than just one of our divisions. In such a case, there is no need to send several applications. Simply let us know in which positions you are interested in your application letter. When looking at your profile, we will always keep other vacancies in mind that could be a good match for you. We will also provide you with an open response about the options we see so that you'll always know exactly where the journey with rpc could take you.
At rpc, there's no standardized assessment center. We will hold an open discussion with you at eye level; it is possible, though, that the interview will touch on specific issues related to the specific role. But more importantly, we want to get to know you in the interview: first, to learn more about your professional skills; and second, in order to get an accurate picture of what is important to you as an individual when it comes to your professional life. Contrary to all the tips in advice books that tell candidates to act and answer a certain way in interviews, our opinion is that the more authentic and genuine an interview is, the more everyone involved will get out of it. In that respect, it is helpful to take some time for yourself and to think about what is important to you prior to interviewing with us. There is no need to specifically prepare for the interview in terms of subject-specific or technical knowledge.
Absolutely. rpc is exceptionally international and we place great value on international collaboration within the framework of internal exchange and an exchange of knowledge for projects. In addition, we also have international projects with positions abroad.
We are happy to welcome each and every new member of the team and do our best to make starting with us as comfortable as possible. As part of those efforts, our internal rpc Academy will put together a training program that you will attend during your first days with us. Your team will also make sure to involve you in activities that could be relevant for you as quickly as possible. At the same time, it is also possible that you will be accompanying colleagues to client appointments and taking on your own initial responsibilities very quickly. We think there's no better way to ensure a successful start than jumping right into your project. A team of colleagues will be available to help and give advice every step of the way.
